In a pot, set to medium heat, add the butter and cream cheese. Once that has softened and mostly melted, add the sour cream and gently stir. Add garlic, green chilies and artichoke hearts. Continue gently stirring to make sure the flavors mix throughout and then add the chopped thawed spinach. Once the spinach has been mixed through out, add the parmesan cheese and set the heat to low. Let it gently simmer but not to the point that it bubbles strongly. Taste and season with salt or pepper as you prefer, I sometimes add a little garlic salt to it myself. Enjoy!
