- 1 8oz Cream Cheese Softened
- 1 8oz can Crushed Pineapple Well drained
- 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 3 Cups Flaked Coconut

Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese with the pineapple, fold in pecans. Cover container and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, remove from refrigerator and scoop into 1 inch balls. Roll in coconut and return to refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
